You are invited to an open house-style community engagement event as the Village takes the next steps to implement our community health plan, also known as the IPLAN.
Any and all interested participants are welcome to join us for an open house to share draft implementation steps to further the Oak Park River Forest IPLAN community health improvement plan. In this informational session hosted by the Oak Park Department of Public Health, you'll be able to learn about the goals, strategies, and draft implementation steps envisioned over the next five years under the IPLAN's four priority areas:
* Natural and Built Environment
* Mental Health & Substance Use
* Gun Violence
* Access to Care
