Free onsite childcare & dinner bites
Share your Climate Ready stories and ideas.
- Come to Oak Park Main Library for 15-20 minutes or the whole two hours.
- Drop off your kids at the free Children’s Table for fun activities
- Grab some free healthy dinner bites
- Enter the raffle for a home composting bucket, local honey, and climate preparedness tools
- Answer three questions (no wrong answers!)
- Pick up your free “I am Climate Ready Oak Park” Action Kit with fun useful gifts and info to help you up your climate action game.
Our goal is to hear from Oak Parkers about what we’ve accomplished in the first year of our Village’s sustainability plan, Climate Ready Oak Park; where we want to go from here; and how we get there in an equitable and just way.
This event is hosted by Oak Park’s Office of Sustainability, Oak Park Public Library, Climate Ready Community Outreach to Oak Park, One Earth Local and other community groups.
